Ingredients:

2 lbs of lean ground beef (can also sub with ground pork, turkey, etc.)
500 grams of macaroni pasta

1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms (or you can you fresh mushrooms and slice them, about 1 cup)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 cups of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (feel free to use other types such as cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)

1) Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Meanwhile boil macaroni pasta according to package directions. Drain water and set aside.
2) Heat skillet on med-high and brown ground beef. Drain the fat then add back to skillet and season with pepper and salt.
3) In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, cream corn, mushroom soup, mushrooms and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Then mix in the cooked macaroni.
4) Place mixture into a casserole pan and top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and place in the oven for approximately 45-50 minutes.

Enjoy!

I love how if you post dude/dudette food, some of the tender types freak out. This looks pretty damn good to me. Any particular beer suggestions to accompany this? Thanks, OP

Would look good, if not for the cream corn. But I suppose I could easily leave that out!

    Was also wondering this.

Agreed. The picture of the plated dish certainly was enough to "nope."

Maybe it's good, don't care enough to find out.
