1 can Green Giant french-style green beans
58g onion, raw, finely chopped
98g canned La Choy sliced water chestnuts, chopped
18g raw slivered almonds
9g (1 tbs) Challenge whipped butter
salt & pepper to taste

Cook the onions for a few minutes in the butter on the stovetop. Add remaining ingredients, stir until heated thoroughly. Mine made about 375g, 5 servings - 57 calories per 75g serving. You can easily make substitutions or adjust amounts of ingredients with similarly tasty results. Enjoy!
