looking for HRM

hi there
december i bought myself a fitbiz
i am in the market for an HRM but dont know what to get!!
and do the HRM connect to an iphone?!?

    the Polar range is compatible with alot of gym equipment and there is software that can download the information to your computer but mostly you just take the figures it gives and input them manually into added exercise on here, the information is just stored on the watch part of the units.

    Fitbit which isn't a HRM but a pedometer syncs with apps on smartphones and the fitbit website and here.

    Not sure of a range of HRM's that will sync with Apps since that requires bluetooth or wifi capability, i'm sure they are out there but just not what brands. I'd just recommend Polar FT60 or 70 they are great, not expensive and Polar has excellent customer service.

    No doubt in the future if there aren't already they will have those capabilities.
