I have been doing things right for the past two weeksand made sure I ate properly and exercisr enough. Apparently, I am following a workout plan that considts of resistance circuits two to three days per week and i try not to do them the days next to rach other so that my muscle will heal. However, it was two days ago that I went to play wakeboard and that my body sores for two days now and I am supposed to workout my arms today but it is so painful. Yet, I am having issues with my boyfriend and my family as well so I am in a total depress mode
i feel really demotivated right now... Both mentally and physically. And yet, yesterday and today I ate a lot more than I should but I am still exhausted. What should I do? And please dont give me the assumption I eat too less pr whatever because this is ABOUT my loss of motivation and I ate way more than I should already. Thanks

All I can tell you is what I would do. I would do my normal amount of cardio, even if I had to force myself to, and leave the strenght training for the next day or two days if you are extremely sore. If it is just a little sore than do it anyway but a lot sore I would give myself a break. I would however, like I said, force myself to do something even if I didn't feel like it. If you give yourself the night off to feel bad now than you will do it next time and so on until it is habit. Plus you will probably find that you feel a lot better (emotionally) after a good workout. Just remind yourself how awesome you are for pushing through and doing what is best for you and what a strong person that makes you.0
