Hello Pals,

After reading a lot about chia seeds' benefits and magic, I finally got my hand on some (at a very high price; but in Morocco I can't complain). The problem is that I don't know how to eat them. I had a tablespoon with water yesterday but I would like to incorporate them in some recipes. Please share if you have any Chia Seeds recipes that you like !

    Hello, I grind up a tablespoon and use it in my morning smoothie. OR dip my apple slices in almond butter and sprinkle the chia seeds on it.
