At least others can see it, even if I can't.. I've lost 12.5lbs so far, but I can't see it myself

Use picmonkey.com to put the individual photos side by side. (That's what I did for these to give you an idea: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Sparlingo/view/9-months-on-mfp-pics-progress-562921). You'll see the difference then. Also, don't forget to take measurements along the way. That measuring tape won't lie!

Great job so far! As you keep going, the changes will be undeniable -- even to your own critical eye.
