Hi guzss.. I want to know the list of food which has total 1200calories in it. I want to eat 1200calories a day. Please write down the list of food I can eat for 1200calories a day.

(It made me think of "gusset").
Thazin, a good idea is to get some friends on your friends list of people also eating at 1200. There won't be many, because it's not a popular idea (too low) but I stuck at it for about 6 weeks. You can pick up inspiration from their diaries.0 -

You can search the forums (the blue text selctions above the forum topics on the community page). There have been many threads where people on 1200 calorie diets with open diaries get together to share their diaries, you can probably flip through a few to get meal plan ideas that way.
If you share any dietary restrictions that might help people send you in the right direction0 -

It Kinda Depends On What You Like To Eat.
*Salmon Fillet ( I usually have this with 150g of Broccoli if i want a light lunch, if i'm having salmon for dinner i will have it with broccoli, carrots and a potato also)
*Broccoli, carrots, cabbage- Loading up on veggies like this makes you feel fuller if you are having it with a cup of rice or pasta.
* Sweet potato
* Tomato's, Cucumber, Balsamic vinegar, Red pepper
* Tuna
* Pitta Bread- You can stuff this with tuna, lettuce, red pepper or anything else that you like. It perfect for a light lunch
* Home made soup- Sweet potato soup, Sweet corn soup, Pea soup etc
* If you love your snacks:-
Quavers- 88 cals
Mini Chedders- 125 Cals
Butterkist popcorn- 100cals
Banana- 100-150 Cals
Red apples- 65-70 Cals
Have you heard of the Graze snack boxes? These are perfect for snackers.

First... You can eat more than 1200 calories and lose weight effectively. Second... I don't have a food list. There should be no forbidden foods, no "diet". It's a lifestyle. Learn to eat well most of the time and indulge occasionally. Exercise not only for weight loss, but for the health benefits you get (improved heart and lung function, more energy, etc)0
