Letting bum knee heal - need some exercise ideas

Fell 10 days ago on my knee. It's healing up (mostly) and I'm trying very hard to let it rest to see if it heals the rest of the way before exercising my high deductible dr's visit. In the meantime, it's killing me not be able to walk/bike ride/jog etc. Any suggestions for burning a few calories/stress relief that don't require my knee. I can stand fine and can walk fine now, but bending past about 90 hurts and still a small bump on the front of the knee cap.
