I was thinking of doing it but don't know anyone else who is, I know I could do it on my own, I've got plenty of pod casts to keep me company but I know I also talk myself out of doing things when I do them by myself? They give you 2hours to complete the course, I'm not worried about my time but I'm pretty sure I can walk/jog 5 miles in less than two hours but not by much. If anyone else needs encouragement to follow through let me know!

Your in Austin? i knew you looked cool... I'm in Austin too. I can't do the Turkey Trot as I'm making the T-day dinner for about 16 people, but my friends and family who do it each year say that's great. A real relaxed, party atmosphere. A friend of mine who does not work out does it with her kids in strollers, and saunters through it for awhile and has a great time. Are you going to do it? I usually go for a run after the day is done, to blow off steam from being with the extended family all day!0
