Sorry, I lied on the free beer and pizza and eye candy headline. But being your here, please read.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I posted this in my news feed, but decided it should go here as well.
Here is what`s on my mind going into the week, and invite you to follow my lead. We have a holiday coming in this country, 4th of July. Lots of people have cookouts, eat lots of food (some bad, some good) and do some drinking. And that's great, and I think we all should celebrate.
But, I also think that as our Independence was earned, we should earn that day of party. So get off your donkey`s and earn your celebration time.
Between now and Thursday its on at a higher level! Extra reps, extra sets. More of everything! And nothing bad in my diet.
I dedicate this weeks workouts to those who lost their lives giving us the independence and the freedoms that we have. I also thank everyone in, and those who have served. Thank you......

Great post. I'm going to continue to work on my speed and endurance and hopefully not drink too much on the 4th. We will be swimming so at least I'm moving while drinking... That should counter the calories...
