Eating Back Calories / Activity Levels

Just a quickie.
I am re-setting my goals/calories and was needing some advice as I have stopped losing weight and wanted to ramp things up a bit.
MFP is saying to eat 1570 to lose 1lb a week at sedentary level. I am 5ft6.5 / 199lb and would love to get down to 175lb by December.
Do you guys put yourself at 'sedentary/light activity' level then eat back calories burned or 'lightly active' and not eat calories back? I sit down most of the day and work out 4 x a week for 45/60mins.
Thanks

I keep it set at sedentary, since most of the time I'm not that active, so whenever I do alot of walking or have an actual workout, I can log it.0

Ok great. Do you eat the 'burned' calories back?
Want a way to do it and start losing again as it's getting me down and demotivated!0 -
Sedentary is for people who don’t exercise at all. Most people are at least “Lightly Active” because even if they have desk jobs, they still do laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, run behind children, etc. Once you enter your exercise, you should eat back a portion of those exercise calories in order to properly fuel your workouts.0

I'm set to lightly active and I'll still log and eat back calories for heavier workouts.
I also sit at work all day, but I'm up and down a lot in the evenings cooking, cleaning, running errands, etc. You have to take all of that kind of stuff into account for your activity level.0 -
Well I usually go to the gym/class 4 maybe 5 times a week
(below classes and run are calculates estimates)
Monday: 10mins Gym - 200 cals / 45mins Boxfit -400 cals
Tuesday: Day Off
Wednesday: 10mins Gym - 200 cals / 45mins Spin 450 cals
Thursday: 35mins 4mile Jog - 350 cals / 1hr Bootcamp - 600 cals
Friday: - Day Off
Saturday: Usually gym - 600 cals
Sunday: 50mins Spin - 550 cals
I understand the classes are estimates so I don't want to eat all them back. I may eat half of what MFP says.0
