logging Insanity

I just started Insanity and I am wondering how u log it in your diary. Please help!!!

    Do you use a HRM or just looking for general calories burned per set?

    My HRM is broken right now so I am needing general calories burned.

    I just use MFP and log it as 20 minutes of circuit training.

    I am 5'7" and 125ish pounds, and most of the month 1 workouts are in the 250-400 calorie burn range for me. The plyometric cardio circuit workout (which I consider the hardest) has me burning around 370 calories. This of course will differ based on your height/weight, fitness level, and how hard you push during the workouts. Hopefully this helps!
