I have a serious issue with compulsive eating behavior. I can eat eat eat until I sit back and feel sick. I celebrate, mourn, socialize with food.
Now I'm in a wedding next year and I am tired of being a bridesmaid who looks at pictures of this awesome fun night and seeing fat me in a dress. I have pretty high self esteem and know I'm funny and smart and people like being around me. But I'd like to be healthy and not be miserable looking at myself in the mirror or in pictures.

Eat less, move more. Simple as that really.
Dont give in to excuses and it will come to you.
Once you start to lose weight it becomes an even more motivating of a factor.
It is only when you start to shed the excuse and labels that you truly will be ready to lose weight.0
