I am in need of guidance i want to loose upper arm fat. When i try on shirts that fit well around the breast or stomach area the sleeves are just to tight. I want to lift weights but I don't want to get bigger. Is it possible to work out and loose the arm fat without gaining to much muscle?

The short answer - a calorie deficit. If you do that, it's impossible to gain muscle noticeably, plus you will burn fat. We can't choose where we lose though, so do full-body strength training, not lots of arm exercises. Makes sense?0
