Hi, I'm 45 lbs over-weight and have been doing this "fitness pal" for one week so far. What I've noticed after adding my exercises I get rewarded with more calories. I don't want more calories in my diet, I want less. does anyone know if the extra calories, or rewards are good or bad idea?
