finding balance

Hello everyone..I love this webite..I was on this website years ago and it helped me lose 15 pounds and I am keeping it off..,,,the key I found in my journey is the learning about the subject you are interesting in and USING the tools given to MAKE IT HAPPEN...I am in the process of REINVENTING myself and starting over in many areas in my life and adding myfitnesspal back in my life helps to keep me focused on the connection between food/activity balance to enable me to have a healthy relationship with nutriton and the importance of staying active....I found that join a club ..activity in your area..like rowing team..dance class...some of the things that inspire you to workout...and have fun at the same time..

  • I love it too and I love this post it like everything I am doing with food and exercise. Lots of exercise and mostly healthy food, I do indulge in a piece of cake everyone once in a while.
