Yoga Meltdown Calorie Burn?

Hmpfh. It isn't much. I mean, its decidedly better than nothing...I did it today as my first offical workout since getting back on the wagon. Using my BodyBugg, It burned 103 calories. Dressling my one year old burns 79 calories in the same amount of time. Figured I would share!

No it's not great for calorie burn but it is really good for toning.I love how my body is changing using JM products.

I burn about 159 for Level 1 per my HRM. I'm surprised you didn't burn at least a little bit more.0

I know how you feel! It was one of the P90X videos and the session is 1 hour 30 minutes!! You still don't burn nearly enough as you would with what you could with only 30 min cardio workout videos, but it is good for the body, flexibility, toning, and relaxation.0
