Incorrect food nutrition information

Will the members PLEASE make an effort to put correct information in the database regarding food? If you don't know the amount of calories or fiber or carbs of a food then please don't just make up a number that you think it is, or put nothing in across the board. I just went through four kale entries all of which were wrong. Kale does NOT have 199 calories in a cup, it does NOT have 0 carbs, 0 fat, and 0 fiber. Why do members want to clog up the database with incorrect information? You can easily find the nutrition value of any food by going to google and typing the the food name followed by "nutrition panel" or "nutrition information". Its easy AND ACCURATE.

I'm in for ranting, too, lol! Not that those who need to see this will read it, sigh.
Tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, kale, etc. do NOT need 345,839 custom entries, because guess what people? Those things are ALREADY put in the database by MFP. And...they're correct! When in doubt, look for entries without the "*", pick it, weigh it, log it. Done. Stop clogging the database with lies!
A veggie is a veggie, and a fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast is the same, no matter if you bought it from Kroger's, or Meijer's, or Food Lion, or Tesco, or Aldi or raised the chicken yourself.0
