You need to make time for just you. Here is a 4 minute body weight exercise program that you can do 3 Xs per week and this would help out with your fat loss, which in turn will help with weight loss. I started by getting up 1/2 an hour earlier each day to get this in. It will take some doing as you have a pretty full life but also you can fit this in at work too.
