I found an awesome site that allows you to select your problem area and it provides exercises for that specific area. It was a great find for me so I HAD to share.

Keep in mind you're working the muscle underneath fat and that it will take weight loss to remove fat from those respective areas, which comes down to genetics, not certain exercises on where you will lose it from. Not knocking the idea of working those areas, just keep that in mind.0
