I've been back on forth on MFP for a while now and just cancelled my WW membership because it wasn't teaching me to eat healthy (frozen meals aren't healthy). I'm trying to eat clean and actually know whats going in my body. I also just finished reading The Skinny Rules and loved it!

Feel free to add me please - all of my other friends have quit.
