Hi I'm Carol,

Just joined up last week and so far I love it :)

I am a full time chemical dependency professional working with drug court clients. I also go to college full time online so I'm a fairly busy lady.

On June 1st I quit drinking Mtn. Dew and eating fast food. I had about a 2-liter a day soda habit and almost daily fast food drive thru visits. Other than that I have cut way back on other sugar intake.

I'm now at the point where I'm thinking about the type of fuel I'm putting into my body and I've also discovered that I like to cook :)
