Hi everyone,
I'm new to all this, but I decided to start a ketogenic diet. I realized how bad I was eating and made my decision. I am slowly transitioning into it with my initial goals of:
Fat - 55%
Protein - 25%
Carbs - 20%
I am also trying to figure out the proper intake goals of Poly and mono unsaturated fats, as well as my sodium/potassium/calcium/magnesium intake goals/ratios.
I am also doing a weightless full body training to start with. I.E. body weight muscle building, cycling, jogging, swimming, etc...
My goal is to be at the level of a high endurance and strength athlete. If anyone want's to comment or offer suggestions I'd appreciate it.
