Went out of town for a weekend celebration. Food food wine and more food. Over are all three days by around 1,000 over each day. Today was supposed to be my weigh in and measurement day. I had not returned home til late in the day and decided I will wiegh in tomorrow am, praying it haven't gone up from this hiccup.
I don't know of anyway to repair it, maybe fasting afew times this week might help balance out for next weigh in day.

Or you could just go back to your normal deficit and move on. Life happens. I had two weeks I went over (and my goal is a surplus already). The scale was up for over a week but I didn't let it bother me. It scaled back down once the water retention went away and I don't regret what I did. We all have moments. It's the decision to move forward that makes us different than before. You've got this!0

Drink lots of water and you will be fine... We have all done this, just brush yourself off and move on. It's called life..... Best to you..0

I am on the same boat! Messed up a bit Friday, a lot Saturday, and somewhat Sunday. Just get back to what you normally do. No need to fast, what happened is in the past, just focus on keeping up your usual routine. I have learned there is no point in beating myself up over calories already consumed. Plus, if you gained- so what?! You can lose it, and more! You've lost 16lbs already, anyway!

Yeah, we've all had a few off days. Normally I just throw in a few extra heavy lifts when I next go to the gym and pretend all those extra calories are turning to muscle. (I wish)0
