I have recently had gastric bypass surgery and although I'm losing weight, I don't know what kinds of strength training I should be doing. I don't know how many reps to do for how long. I'm already down about 40 lbs and ready to lose more. I also have problems getting all the protein that I need because the powder mixes are utterly disgusting. I can't take it. I'm relying on mostly boost and or glucerna the majority of my protein. Kind of having a hard time with it. So if anyone can relate and have some tips on what I could be doing please help!!
