Polar FT7 HRM from German to English

Does anyone know how to change the Polar FT7 heart rate monitor back to English from German. It was accidentally set wrong and for the life of me I can't get it back to English.

    There you go:

    Press the upper right button.
    There you see DATEN
    Press the low right button till you see ALLGEMEINE EINGABEN.
    press the middle right button.
    You now see TASTENSIGNALTONE
    Press again the lower right button till you see SPRACHE.
    Press the middle button again.
    You see DEUTSCH.
    Now press again the lower right button once.
    You should see now ENGLISH.
    Pressing the middle button now selects english as you standard language.

    How do I change my Polar FT7 back to English as I have inadvertently gotten it into (I think) Spanish...hoping some kind, knowledgeable person will read this-almost feel like I am sending a message out into the ocean in a bottle. I have taken the (new) battery out but everything remained in Spanish. Soooo frustrating!

    Sorry-scrambled brain after spending two hours and permanenting leaving button marks on finger tips...it is March 28th!
