Started using this app and very happy with results not hard to keep in 2300 calorie range as long as I stay away from all the crap out there have dropped 27lbs since april 1st half way there . Yahoo!! Know its gonna get harder to lose as I get closer to my goal of 205 first time in my life I had to diet. Hope I don't hit a wall and quit. Staying very active right now with my bike. Just concerned when winter comes what I will do. Any suggestions on how to stay the course. Thanks
