Quick fix for a bad eating weekend

Hey all,
So I'm sure many of us have been in this position, especially now that it's summer -- I went camping this past weekend, ate some foods that aren't a part of my regular routine, had a couple beers... and now I'm stuck with that gross bloated feeling and the scale is up a bit. Anyone have any quick fixes to flush out that extra water weight?

    When I feel gross from over-eating, I hit the gym and do a hard HIIT workout. Make sure I sweat lots.

    Water!!! Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day over the next three days. You will excrete the weekend weight!

    ... only if it's water weight. If you eat over your maintenance amount, no amount of water will negate that...

    There's no quick fix to anything. Just get back on track, drink your water, do your workouts, and wait it out.
