Just wanted to hear about some summertime recipes that you love. I want to keep stove/oven usage to a minimum. I do have a crockpot, and I have been seriously thinking about digging that out.

So ... What do you eat when it's 90 and humid?
I live in Scotland so it's not a problem we have ;-)

Ha ha. And here I am in Tucson, Arizona and thinking that 90 degrees sounds a bit chilly and I would rejoice for a day as low as 90. Even 98 would be cool.

And this is why I will never live anywhere near Arizona or a desert. Yuck. I would sincerely die.

Don't cook my frozen vegetables. Just let them thaw out about 50%. Peas are especially good like this.
