My name is Beth, I am 33, Married, and have a 13 year old son. I live in Havre de Grace Maryland. About a year ago in August I had Bariatric Surgery. To be more specific the Vertical Sleeve ( they remove 80% of your stomach and shape it like a banana). I only did this NOT as a quick and simple fix because believe me it is a lifestyle change not just a diet. I only did this after being Morbidly Obese most of my life and i have tried EVERYTHING ELSE to no avail. My surgeon requested at the beginning of the process (6 months) that I lose 18 pounds. But with the help of my fitness pas app i surpassed that and lost 25!!! Now almost a year out I am down 110 pounds! I did this for me first then I wanted to do it for the people around me.
