I resisted the donuts and muffins in the office today. its been about 3 weeks since I've bitten my nails and I finally got my teeth to resemble the color white instead of yellow haha. what were your non scale victories today or in the recent days?
Eat the majority of my carbs in the morning, now feeling really good. Stayed within my calorie goal for today - 1384 and drank more water than yesterday.
Completed 30 Kettle Bell exercises along with 22 minutes of Step Aerobics.0 -

I ran 1.0 miles without stopping for the first time in about 9 months! :bigsmile:0 -
This week, in my video production class, I've been told I look great on camera, that I'm very photogenic, that my acting is wonderful, and that I'm a natural leader. I haven't felt photogenic in a while!0

And another NSV. I still need to consume 200+ calories today, so my sister-in-law suggested ice cream. Just two weeks ago I would have been "Oooooh, ice cream!" and ran to the kitchen to get some. Today is all, "meh, ice cream." I do not want it at all.0

I skipped the free homemade ice cream with homemade waffle cones at work! Talk about a struggle!!! And my husband and I filled 5 (yes 5) 30 gallon trash bags of clothes that were too big!!!0

Yesterday while wearing my house shorts (a little too short for my chunky self to wear in public)....i noticed definition in my leg muscles and that I have a pretty nicely shaped *kitten*! Thanks evil Zumba teacher Becca for all the squats that you leave us in and walk away....i HATE you when it happens, but I appreciate the end results! (and I totally reached my 10% loss mini goal today too):bigsmile:0

I ate a salad for breakfast , and instead of the caramel macchiatto that I wanted I have my water.0

I was late for work...because I made my workout a priority this morning.
I am not one to be late for work, so let's get that straight but I was determined to complete my workout.

My 9:30 AM step class is usually 45 minutes cardio, 15 strength, 15 stretching. Today the instructor was ambitious and did a full 60 minutes cardio--and I kept up!
My initial nsv for today was getting up and going to cardio class despite a bad sleep; little did I know I'd get to feel good about doing an extra long workout.0 -

I really wanted a full fat java chip frappuchino from starbucks today, because I woke up really cranky and irritable. But instead I drank 32 oz of water. It meant that I still ate under maintenance today (my wedding anniversary) with the dinner hubby and I brought in. I'm also not having dessert (which is hard for me, I need something sweet every day or I go crazy). I'm just not hungry for it, and that used to not stop me before.
Also, while the scale hasn't moved for like 3 months, I'm still losing inches off of my hips and thighs. I'm not letting it get me down!0 -

I've always been self conscious since I got fat and therefore always owned baggy pants. I sucked it up and bought some compression tights for jogging 2 weeks ago. I bought a pair in my (then) current size and a smaller pair as a goal. Well today I went out for a jog, only to find that my current size pants are too big and were actually sliding down my bum as I jogged. Hello tights I thought were too small!0

Resisted to eat boyfriend's buttery cheesy grilled cheese crust that I made for him
Didn't have anything but WATER in almost a week
Only had (2) teaspoon fulls of macaroni, and substituted the macaroni for brown rice!

I did a 30 day shred workout without taking a rest today. I also placed in the top 10 for percent weight loss last week in one of the groups I'm in. Lastly, I finally managed to get in 100g of protein today.0

NSV for 7/3: Wore some shorts I couldn't wear this time last year because I couldn't get them to button. Today, There's extra room, enough that I needed a belt!0
