Fitness change up?

I hear its always good to change your fitness routine, but does this mean to keep with something consistent for a few weeks, or is it okay if I do it daily? I was planning on doing a different exercise video everyday! Thanks!

In my experience it doesn't matter what you do as long as you cycle through all of the major muscle groups and that you feel the burn. Mixing one's routine works for people who hit plateaus because they tend to be caused by mental barriers. When you do a new exercise your mind has developed a number of reps to feel tired at.0
