Hi there

So I'm new to MFP, though I've heard about it for awhile and decided to join. I'm in a bit of a slump. I'm really disappointed that I can't maintain a running routine right now. Not because I physically can't, but for other logistical reasons which are too long and annoying to go into now. I so miss running.

so my only option now is the gym. The gym is fine, there are many options there but it's so hard accepting I can't work out the way I really want to right now. I've fallen off the whole wagon for a few weeks. I know I should get rid of this all or nothing attitude but it's hard. Thoughts? TIA.
