Is it recommended to eat the calories you burned from your exercise? just curious how it all works

    yes if you follow MFP you should be eating your exercise calories by design. Doing so keeps you at the goal that you set in the beginning.

    SHBoss is right. You should be eating those calories too. This helps the body recover and replenish those lost nutrients needed.
