Woo Hoo!! I just went jogging!...well kinda.

Ok so I've been walking about 6 miles 5 days a week for the past 4 weeks now. I havnt lost a pound! Actually I gained a pound! (which i don't quite understand, I've been eating around 1100-1200 calories a day) :ohwell: Anyways Ive never been able to jog/run. I have really bad ashtma and a bad knee. BUT tonight I actually jogged!! I would walk then jog for 1 min. then walk to cath my breath and jog another min. Yay! Im pretty stoked about it. Hoping that i can train myself to jog longer each time. I feel great! Wel...mentally. Physically? Im soooo sore!!!! :sad: I do have a question though...if i keep this up will it really help to flatten my tummy?? Just wondering...thanks! :smile:

  • Congratulations. It will help flatten your tummy if you watch your diet and incorporate some abdominal exercises.
