Pre Diabetes...

Ive got all the signs of pre diabetes and Im looking to loose as much weight as possible. Ive started walking a few times a week and doing weights. I have been eating clean with heaps of fruit and veges in my diet and I have given up soda and takeaways.
Does anyone have any other tips that might be usefull?

    Hi! I am also pre-diabetic. When I was pregnant with my 4th (and last) baby I had gestational diabetes. The endo DR had me walking for 30 minutes every day but asked me to get it in with 10 minutes of walking after every meal. She said it helps your body process the sugars you just ate and she was right. My body seemed to love that little walk (although it was hard to make myself do it every time). I am going to try to get back to that and see what happens. Good luck!
