Okay ya'll....I am doing really good but tonight I am feeling extra hungry.....heres the scoop: I got 487 calories available, 64 carbs, 17 fats and 0 Protein left from today. I don't got any popcorn in the house....what's left to eat????? Need help....HUNGRY!!!! Growl~ :sad:

    I ate 4 oz. roasted pork loin, a medium sweet potato, a bunch of green beans and a dab of sour cream. This was only about 500 calories. I urge you to eat a real dinner. 400 calories is enough. Also even though you are over on protein, it makes you feel more satisfied.
