Looking for a change

I'm currently doing Jillian Michael's Total Body Revolution. I like it, but I'm getting bored. I was thinking about T-25, but honestly, I'm not in the greatest shape as it is, and I'm afraid that I won't be able to keep up. I do a pretty good job with my current workout, I just want do try something different. I don't have a lot of time so 30 minutes in the morning is it for me. For those of you doing T-25, how is it? If this isn't a good fit, are there any other good 30 minute workout DVDs out there? I need something that will burn a decent amount of calories. At 1250 calories a day, if I don't have exercise calories, I have a really tough time staying within my calorie goal. Thanks!
