Well...obviously new here! And so happy I found this place. I just turned 27 years old and realized I need to get back into shape! I spent the last 4 years in school and in front of a computer. It's like I blinked and suddenly 4 years later I'm out of shape. Yikes. But no more! I am getting things back on track. Everyone here seems so motivated and willing to cheer you on, so I figured why not?! I can do that too!

I've already been off the soda for about 3 weeks now. The only reason that happened was because I started keeping a water bottle with me 24/7. Now I'm cutting the sugar intake way down, and also keeping an eye on my calories. The iPhone app definitely helps! And I log EVERYTHING. Just in case I need to get real with myself again, I have the ugly reminder of every little calorie I take in so I can keep myself from doing it over and over.
