30 day Squat Challenge

I'm sure there are quite a few of these around, but I decided to have a crack at the 30 day squat challenge!

Did today's lot with relative ease, but I'm sure in a few days I'll be struggling a bit! So if anyone wants to join me, we can help keep each other on track (:

    I'm not a expert on the subject but how can someone do 250 squats with good form? I'm sorry for my negative input but I don't believe any of the 'challenges' are effective. But hey ho if it goes well keep is updated and prove me wrong.

    I think perhaps building up the strength plays in a good part in it, but if form starts slip, I'll probably split them in to sets of 50 with a rest in between each set.

    Though I'll have to get to day 30 first!

    Fitness blender has a 100 rep squat challenge. You do 10 different types of squats. Done the first one a few times. Yet to do the second one yet. This way you dont get fed up of doing the same movement over again.
