Looking for a great group of MFP friends

Well I am the classic yo-yo dieter. I lose the weight,I put it back on, lose the weight, and then put it back on again. This time I want to lose the weight and keep it off for good as I have started to miss out on some things that I love to do. I was a competitive swimmer as a kid, and tried it again when I lost weight last time and realized how much I missed it. But alas I put the weight back on, and competitive swimming was no longer an option. The worst part wasn't the lack of not being able to swim any longer, but I started to become lazier, and not playing with my kids as much. This is the biggest item on my list to why I want to lose weight-ability to keep up with my kids and spend more time with them as they grow up.
