Staying busy (not grazing) after retirement

Last year I lost 44 lbs. I was feeling great! Then I had a knee replaced, sat around recuperating, and eating. now I'm within 11 lbs of mr original weight. So, we begin again!
I need some friends with positive ideas and inspiration to benefit us all.
I'm 66 years old and retired with not enough to do. I need to do this! :glasses:
