I'm going to a 4th of July BBQ and want to bring something healthy (but will look tasty to all the non-dieters). Any ideas out there?

Throw some veggies on the grill! zucchini, mushrooms, beets, peppers, onions, eggplant! Toss them lightly with some olive oil and seasonings first.
  • I like to bring cucumbers, red onions, and cherry tomatoes. I slice up everything and add salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. It is also good with low cal italian dressing.

How about a good guacamole with some baked tortilla chips. My husband did not notice the difference in the chips until I told him.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/guacamole/. This is a good one I use all the time..only used 1/2 the amount of salt in this recipe..
