Hey guys, I hope all is well
This week is the biggest weight loss I've ever had on a normal diet. I lost 8lbs and yes I'm happy but I am also very worried because I feel that this weight loss is a little too much.
I was checking on my profile diet goals and some of the information is in red, is anyone else's green? if there is a green LOL
I have been doing a lot of excersise, in fact I have actually gone over my goals for excersise. I would really appreciate it if you guys could perhaps look at my diaries and see if maybe I should be eating more, I really don't want to go into starvation mode, thanks xxx.

It is a little hard to tell because your quick add calories don't break down into the nutritional components, but you appear to be quite low on protein most days. I would work to bring that up to the goal, aiming for a minimum of 60mg per day.0

I just looked at yesterday and you were over in your calories by a samll amount. I don't know what milky way star things are but it sounds like candy ??? I'm not saying don't have candy but 720 cal is alot for something that may not really give you a good source of nutritiion. Your water is ummmmm very low. Our bodies need more water then food almost so def increase that. 8lbs is alot in one week it may balance it's self out over the month. I would add more veggies and protein to your diet especially if you work oujt alot. Good luck!0

I took a look at your diary, and by calorie means, you're eating perfectly fine. You spend your calories on what you like.
And Milky Way Stars must be something that you like. Lol. A calorie is a calorie, and while it's true that your body is better off eating 700 calories worth of veggies and fruits than 700 of candy, it really, honestly doesn't matter (in terms of weight loss)!
As for you 8 pound weight loss, if you been doing this for a while, every now and then there will be weeks where you lose a lot more than expected. It just happens.I've never lost 8 in one week (other than my beginning week) but I have lost 4 pounds in a week several times before.
It doesn't look as though you've just begun dieting because of weight loss ticker, but 8 pounds in a week is also common during the first weeks.0 -

yes, a calorie is a calorie...but the body does require good calories to be healthy. eating what you like vs making good choices will make the difference in skinny and being healthy. my prayer for you is that you read on healthy eating. (i know you are in school and read/study a bunch already, but you NEED to do this for your health and to live a long life) educate yourself. eating vegetables, fruits and proteins will give you more energy and brain power to get through school.
i pray that your desire is health and not to just be skinny.
cheering you on!

I know how you feel. My scale didn't move for almost 3 weeks, then it jumped 7 pounds in one week! I hadn't done anything different food or exercise wise, just stayed on course. And it was the week before TOM! That really puzzled me. I know I didn't do anything to cause such a jump, so I figured it was just my body being weird! I'll take it though!
Hold steady, our bodies are just stranger than normal at times.0
