Vitimins? Your thoughts!

When I started my diet journey I got a multi-vitamin, B-12 and a gummy Omega-3 (I hate fish and fish oil pills). I not sure if it's really worth the expense. Do any of you take them, yes, no?

    Used to. But I started tracking my vitamin intake and noticed that I really didn't need them at all. If you're eating a balanced diet (even a restricted one), you're probably just wasting your money.

    Unless you have a physician diagnosed deficiency, I wouldn't bother. Get your vitamins from real food.
