Hello everyone, I have been seeing a lot of weight loss, "experts" claiming that Garcinia Cambogia extract or any variation can really help with weight loss. I am skeptical so I figured I may as well ask a forum and get some real answers! If you arent familiar with it ill link the wikipedia page so you can read about it for yourself. There are no shortcuts. Jump down to the conclusion of this paper from The Journal of American medical Association.

It works only in that it reduces the weight of your wallet, outside of that, t's a gimmick. Good rule of thumb, if Dr. Oz promotes it on his show, it's garbage.

It worked for me, even before I was exercising!
It depends on your starting weight tbh - I wanted to lose 15 pounds at the time (my starting weight at the time was 135) but I didn't have the time to exercise during the day and my weekends were kept busy so I started GC and since I didn't have a lot to lose it took a while but I did lose a bit. I stopped because the lady at customer service said that since I generally don't have a lot to lose it will take longer - I wanted to wait till the summer so that I can get the time to exercise and use the pills!0 -

Have you happened to notice what is currently happening with some of these "experts" like Dr. Oz? That should answer your question right there.0 -
Nope.
There are zero human studies that shoes it works for weight loss.
It's quite successful at making your wallet skinnier though.0 -
By putting the word experts in quotations, I believe you have effectively answered your own question. Save your money.0

I tried it. Didn't work. That was when I made up my mind that I was not going to use any more pills or gimmicks or spend any more money to accomplish my goal.0

I'm seriously considering trying Garcinia Cambogia now that I have been exercising more and it doesn't seem to get me and results. I've been reading at http://thetopweightlosspills.com.au/garcinia-cambogia/australia/-2

All I can tell you is that my mom got a horrible rash from it so be very careful...0
