Just starting..again. Need help chosing the right foods

I have been with MFP for years but I go on and off. I used to have a good idea what foods to chose to hit my daily goals but I am rusty.
Here are my remaining things:
Remaining cals:632 Carbs: 123 Fat:3 Protein: 22 Sodium: 1,768 Sugar: 24
Can someone help me out chosing my last meal to hit my goals without going over too badly?

Turkey sandwich with lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, and pickles.
4oz wild caught salmon filet on a bed of wild rice with a side of brocolli and cauliflower
spaghetti and meatballs

Last night I made a copy-cat recipe of Cracker Barrel's grilled chicken tenders, along with roasted vegetables and some brown rice. It was delicious! I made double so I could take some for lunch. Then for dessert I had frozen berries (thawed in the microwave for 20 sec) with 1 pack of Splenda.
chicken recipe (for 1 breast cut into strips) = 270
1/2 c broccoli = 15
1/2 c yellow squash = 9
1/2 c brussel sprouts = 45
1/2 c Uncle Ben's chicken flavored brown rice = 110
1 c frozen raspberries = 80
Splenda (1 packet) = 0
Total 529 calories for dinner & dessert
