ARRRH! Losing the "Battle of the Bulge" & need help!!

OMG!!!! I went to the doctor yesterday for my yearly physical. I have gained all my weight back plus some! I pulled a tendon in my knee back in Sept 2013 and didn't workout for fear that I would do worse damage. I was then released from my job duties in November 2013 but was able to transition to another job within my company 2 weeks later. Stress + injury = weight gain :( Hoping to get back on track with the help of you guys. I still battle with the stress of losing a position that I held for over 4 years and worked hard to get. I'll be fine one day and then I get in that funk & wonder why I'm a doing a level 1 job when I had a level 3 job.
