I'm currently 179lbs and size 13 juniors. 14 women's. And I want to be 11j/12w. How much did you weigh at 11/12?

It depends on more than weight. Height and BF% plays a role, too. Since fat loss comes down to genetics, it's impossible to say where you'll lose from as you lose weight. Just lose at a moderate pace, pick up some form of resistance training if possible to retain muscle and have patience. I'm 5'3.5" and I was around 150 lbs at size 11. Also, brand of jeans makes a huge difference. Vanity sizing for women's jeans makes it impossible to be just one size depending on brand.0

I'm 5'4" and 54 years old so it might be different for you.If I remember correctly, I weighed about 150-155lbs when I wore a 12.
For reference, I'm now 137lbs and wear an 8.
(I'm in Canada - our sizes differ from the USA - I wear a 6 when I buy clothes there)0 -
This is going to depend on so many things, including height, muscle tone, genetics, pelvic width, clothing store/designer, etc.
I'm 5'8" and size 12 is loose on me now. I'm 175 pounds.0 -
I am 5'3" 172 and a size 11 in juniors and a 9 in womens depending on the brand. I have always carried my weight well and have very large breasts though. Even when I was 198, I was only a size 13/150

I am 179 lb right now at 5'8" and all my pants are 12 except for a couple juniors 11 & 13. My dresses with numeric sizing are 12 and 14.0

Also, I want to point out that even though I'm a size 12 in US womens, I don't think I've ever fit into a size 11 US juniors. The sizing just isn't that similar for some people.0 -
I was size 12 when I was around 160. Sure, not as high a weight as others, but I carried all my weight in my butt and thighs. I'm 5'7".0

I was 5'0 and 150-160 maybe?0

I am 196 5'2 and am in a comfortable size 14. I usually have to lose 20-25 pounds to move sizes, so for me a 12 would be about 170 ish. Thats my goal and a 12 is my goal size!!!!0

It is so crazy how body composition varies from person to person. I am the same height, and I am a size 6 or 8 depending on if the clothing runs big or small at 160. This is why I rarely order clothes online. It is difficult estimate size from height and weight charts.0 -
I'm 5'8" at 165 in a 12 (Levi's) and have been since I hit 175.
I think that even if I hit my goal of 155, I will still be in a 12, but much looser than they are now. At 175, they were pretty tight, but they stayed up (the problem I was having with my 14s). Now, they are still semi-tight on my butt and thighs, but not my waist.0 -
I was a size 12 at 172 lbs and I am still a size 12 at 160 lbs.
I'm 5'4"0 -
If I remember correctly, I think I was 175. I am about 5'6.0

I'm 5'10" and currently a size 12 (160-165lbs) jeans eg. Old Navy. Goal is size 10 jeans and 8 dress size.0

I was 179 when I was a Size 10-12, but I have large breasts and am on the more muscular side in body composition at 5'5".0

Really? I need to arrange an outlet shopping trip to Maine, ASAP!!!
I was about 150 at a size 12, but I'm 134 now and a size 6. I'm looking to get back to 150, which will probably be a size 8, I imagine. It totally depends on your body fat percentage, etc.0 -
at 5'8"...right around 175-180ish range.0

I'm 5'5" and wear a size 12 when I am 155-160. I don't wear smaller than a 10, no matter how little I weigh. 10 years ago, I weighed 130 and wore a size 10 and I looked really thin for my weight (I had a nurse weigh me and start at 115 back then).0

165-185 for size 12, I'm 5'7"0
-
im 5'2" and I am sitting at 150. I am somewhere between at 10/12 at this point depending on the brand. ALL my weight is in my belly0

Haha! Go for it! I bought my last couple of pairs of shorts from a Walmart in WA state two weeks ago. I was in our local Walmart yesterday and pulled four size 6 items into the fitting room - - not a hope in heck of doing up the zippers.0 -
I'm 5'3 and I was about 165 in a size 12. Of course 20 years ago I could barely squeeze my 145 pound butt into a 12. Vanity sizing makes finding that old pair of jeans in the thrift store interesting.0

At 173lbs I was wearing a 12 and they were tight. I'm 5'3". I am now 146lbs and in a size 8.0
-
I was in a 12 at 150 lbs (I'm 4'11").
I'm a size 8 now and 133 lbs.0 -
I'm 5'4" and I wear a 4/6/8 depending on brand and I weigh 144 lbs.0
-
Probably 166ish0
-
I'm 5'4 and weighed about 176 pounds when I wore a 11/12. Currently I'm 125lbs and wear a US 2/4, sometimes a 0 thanks to vanity sizing.0

For me 5'6" and at my highest of 161lbs, I *should* have been wearing 12's (crammed myself into my 10's-since I was NOT going to buy bigger clothes). Now, just 13lbs less (@148lbs), I've got 8's in my closet that fit, some are loose.0
-
I'm 5'6" and have been a size 12 "all my life" In high school, I weighed 150-160.
Last year I got up to 190, and could BARELY squeeze into a 12 (especially pants). Right now I'm 180, and a size 12 is a bit too small, but a 14 is too big.0
