How do you see what the ingrediants are in the food database
Hi all, i am new to the site and i am trying to keep a food diary. I have had lentil soup for lunch and there is a homemade Lentil soup on the list but i dont know how to view it's ingrediants to see if i need to add anything to it to have an accurate count of calories for the meal. Anyone know ?

For those types of things, I always add my own recipes. That way I know that it's right.0

Thanks Jess, i will probably have to do that. Can you search a recipe like if you come across somethin that is low fat and you think about making it. Can you get the recipe and method etc?0

mmm don't think so.
like yesterday I made soup. I went to "recipes" tab and created one. Divided the whole pot to 8 servings and entered the whole can of corn the whole can of beans the whole pound of deer meat etc, and it divides it for you.0
